What Do You Hope For?

My child,
Tell My people;
“What do you hope for?”
“Where do you place your trust?”
Do you trust in man,
Whom I have given breath too?
Do you trust in man’s ways,
His means to an end?
Who do you work for?
For What end do you work?
Do you not work for the Lord,
Your God? I Am not wearied,
Nor do I grow tired.
I always do what the Father
Asks of Me and I do so
For love of Him. We are truly
One My child, and all who
Obey the Father, obey Me.
My children, do not work
For silver and gold,
Which you will need to leave
To another, but work for the
Glory of My Kingdom;
Where your reward will be
with you For all eternity.
Work for Me, My children,
And your reward
Will be Me.

Prayer: Dear God help us for we are but clay, and you are our treasure! Focus our gaze upon You, our eternal reward, and not on the passing things of this life! In Jesus name, amen. 🙏

Meditation: Let us look with confidence upon the risen Jesus, our eternal reward and sacrifice for our sins. Let us pray with hope, “Lord have mercy on us!”
