Do Not Put Your Trust in Things of This World.

Isaiah 42:17


My child
Do not put your
Trust in things of
This world.
For all the false idols
Of this world
Will topple,
And every knee will
Bend to proclaim
Me Lord and God.


The material things
Of this world will
pass away with time.
I alone am eternal,
And all that has
Life is in Me.
Set your heart upon Me,
And My life in you.


I AM the living
Waters brought down
From heaven;
To cool you from
The heat of the sun,
To ease your daily work,
And to quench your thirst.


I AM the breath of life,
Passed on from person
To person, as I breathe
My life into them.
I create all things,
And all that you desire,
I AM.


So be not disturbed,
Or distressed by this
Word or that, as I retain
All power and control
And none can take it
From Me.


I AM the great Elohim,
The beginning and
the last,
and no man can act
Outside of My divine will.


Therefore, forgive all
Who hurt you and cause
You pain; as I have allowed
Some things to pass in
My permissive will for
Your purification and
benefit.
