Wars and Rumors of Wars

​​In my dream my husband handed me a grey cardboard sheet with instructions on it.
I saw 100 billion written indicating people and then a machine of destruction (looked like a tank with large spider legs); which I understood would be used to devour the people. Then I saw 100 million people, as in the amount of people left after the devourer struck. After this, I saw other calamities impending, but wasn’t able to see what they were, however it was a further decreasing of the population. I also saw a bears face drawn into the grey cardboard instruction sheet and heard, “the bear is on the roam”. This I considered to be a reference to Russia and that Russia would be the devourer/and would be the destroyer of the people. This seemed to be a battle plan and instructions that I was looking at.
This also supports what I heard in December just outside my front door in the middle of the night; what seemed to be fighter jets zooming back and forth, Apache helicopters and a locomotive train. And I thought to myself, is the country under attack? Are we at war?
In a prior vision several years ago, I had a vision of all the people covered in ashes and grey. As the people emerged from the ashes they were completely transformed and new, like a new creation. This was after a great earthquake and other natural disaster hit the earth.
